14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason.

After notifying us that you wish to withdraw, you must send the product back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required to be covered by us under applicable law, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the product.

The product should be returned in a condition that allows it to be inspected. Customers may handle the product only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functionality. Customers may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond this.

Refunds

Once you have exercised your right of withdrawal, we will refund the payments we received from you, including the cost of standard delivery.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or you have provided evidence that the product has been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Defective or Incorrect Products

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. Where applicable, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
